Having looked throught the SAR templete letter and knowing that CCA does not really apply, does anyone have a better version of the letter exclusively designed for mobile phone providers.

We live in an unmoderated country why should the net be any different?

Bring back free speech we miss it!

Hi unmoderate

I would adapt the SAR. It's going to have almost all the same documents, i.e. contract, statements, telephone log data etc. They will know you want everything.

If you think they've missed something or with held something you can take the matter to the ICO.

I have done SARs for Vodafone,Orange and Tmobile.

They are pretty straightforward.Better to enclose ID with your request,as Vodafone will want to see it,and Orange too.

There the usual full SAR which entitles you to everything -copies of numbers called/sms called, statement of payments and copies of any communications, details of any third parties that your data has been provided/shared with.

Details of third party collection/recoveries instructed to act etc,.

I was given an option of 2 services I think was by Orange.

For the £10 to get everything....or for a couple of quid to get just copies of calls/sms made.

If you look on your providers website, under privacy at the bottom of their main page, you should see details there.
