DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

The cynic in me would be astounded if it's anything like 1 in 3.

The OFT has now told 129 debt management groups they will lose their credit licences unless immediate action is taken.

I would not be surprised if the OFT accepts the companies pledging that their "internal customer facing procedures" are being "reviewed and approved"...and does bog all.

At least it's brought some much needed bad publicity of the charlatans in the industry.

:-x My daughter fell foul of one the bad companies.

:mad2: The company name was quite apt for what they did, putting her deeper in the brown smelly stuff.

The article dx linked too should of named and shamed them (as if they would be ashamed, more like to use it as free advert) :deadhorse::whip:
