Hi

I recently took my dog to pets at home vets, she was very poorly and cannot walk very far so I parked in a disabled space whilst I carried her into the vets, when I came back out after booking her in, I found a documents enclosed bag attached to the bottom of my window with a piece of paper saying UK CPS Ltd. There was no penalty notice inside the bag. The bag was open but I was literally inside the store for around 5 minutes. I am not too sure what to do, the car is a company car so I presume the fine will go through to the company I work for, I have been on there website to pay the fine but I have no reference number and really do not know what to do.

Your advice would be appreciated.

Hi wait until you get something through the post or advise your company that if they receive any "fine" then you want to see it first and judge if any payment is required.

If not from police, council or company assigned by council to control parking then it is not a "fine" but an unenforceable invoice and see the following video as to required action and bring this to your companies attention.

cannot find it A to Z

My first bit of advice is to ignore.my second bit of advice is to ignore. My third bit of advice is to ignore.Actually, my whole advice is to ignore. They are unenforcible illegal invoices and do not have any legal standing under any road traffic act, as the road traffic act is enforcible on public highways only.
