Thanks, we know how this company operates, what you now need to do is to complain to the Office of Fair Trading, reminding them that HFO are under a 'minded to revoke licence' status and they have been chasing this non-debt with you.


Get your complaint in pronto.


Will get onto it right away,i have already complained to the relevant bodies twice now.


Gladly add to the list,they really have been their own worst enemy.

Apart from the usual bumpf from the oft regarding the complaints (they have all relevant paperwork)..........nothing.


HFO went silent after sending the SB letter,not like them i know.


I'm not about to rattle their cage though:-)
