It appears to have the pertinent Ts & Cs for

a catalogue facility.

One thing I cannot see is any mention

of reporting to credit reference agencies so

check your CRA files to see if the account is on there.

Sometimes I feel tired.

Can I clarify. You ordered £100+ of goods from a catalogue, made two payments of £15 then what? What is the history of this debt? Were the goods returned? Why did you only make 2 payments?

Successfully claimed back mis-sold PPI (Barclays Bank) 2009-10 (£8500)

Ran a paid-for DMP. Deeply respect those who self-manage a DMP; it is possible to do with the help of fellow CAGGERS

Offered F&F to all my creditors. All closed out including a particularly intransigent and stubborn one - who eventually saw sense after 10 months of nonsense!

Does not condone debt avoidance but violently disagrees with the antics of debt collectors and their behavior towards the ones trying to pay. I am a great believer in what goes around, comes around. Keep up the good fight!

I made two orders, no payments. The £15.00 were admin charges they added for non payment. I think I moved house around this time.

The T&C's are correct & contistute a credit agreement do they?

Hi Ronnie, I can't find fault with it

other than no mention of sharing

info with CRAs, so check to see if

they have done searches or placed

the account on your files and then defaulted

the account if they have then the agreement

can be challenged, I have done one such case

and achieved a write off.

No signed or not makes no difference to the

enforceability of a debt

OFT Guidance on Sect. 77/78/79 and 127 (3)

dated October 2010 clearly, puts this in place,

'' Debtors often assume that failure to supply a signed agreement

necessarily means an agreement cannot be enforced.

This overlooks the FACT there is NO OBLIGATION

on an information request to provide a copy which includes

a signature.

Not Lowlifes if you can avoid it.....pay the OC direct if possible, or if you do end up being forced to pay lowlifes, £1 a month.

Is this on your credit file?

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!

Lowell have rang my house this pm unsure how they have got number

They will have bought it from somewhere or been told it by the Credit Ref Agencies or Royal Mail.

It matters not where they got it from, just matters that they know under no circumstances will you speak to the phone drones, if they ring again, just laugh at them until they hang up.
