Hi just received this letter today warning me of a visit in the next couple of days. I don't know what this letter is for as it does not state that, The company is Dept & Revenue Services.

Notice of action. what should i do? :???:

That looks remarkably like they are debt collectors, not bailiffs, so if they turn up, escort them off the premises and call the police if they give any trouble. Or quickly send them the withdrawal of right to visit letter.

It makes my laugh how these firms choose their company names, "DEPT and REVENUE SERVICES", probably to scare debtors into thinking they're official, rather than parasitic opportunists.

Thanks guys makes me feel easier. Is this a scare tactic then? and would it not be best to advise me on the debt this is for?
