Any advice will be gratefully received on this longstanding situation.

At a bank account review several years ago I aws given a loan and cc with all the forms filled out in my sole name. I was eaning a pittance part time and was offered a lot of money.

After going to FOS my PPI will be repaid.

I have complained to LSB who have said that there were some areas where they had made a mistake and offered a refund of interest, and bank charges which is a only a small proportion of amount outstanding but, better than a poke in the eye!

They had taken ohs income into account, though he wasn't listed anywhre. We had spent the money and taken out further finance afterwards (we were drowning nad stupid).

I have taken a long time to complain and they don't have records that far back.

This financialreview was soon after a family bereavemnet and tols us our finances were ok (we had been worried) and sent us into a fast downward spiral.

We were not innocent, but they were reckless etc.

PS loan agreement appears legit but the DN is 1 day short.
