I have an outstanding loan with this lot and I have been trying to contact them to make a payment arrangement with no success. I since discovered that an Insolvency Notice was issued against them on 5th July 2010 - I saw this online in the London Gazette.

Does anyone know where I stand with this? I am keen to pay of the debt but have no idea how to go about this?

I would wait to see if the insolvancy practitioner contacts you or someone else may take over the company then they will contact you. Just keep a record of how and when you tried to contact them. If by email or letter, keep a copy.

Interesting, can you post the link for them, then I can track down who their parent company is... might be very very enlightening...
