I have asked Reston's if they would agree to an adjournment and they have flatly refused. I want the Headman at MBNA and Bank of America to know how distressing these matters are and that a little compassion wouldn't go a miss. I'm not asking cancel, just delay so that we may deal with our daughters illness and the birth of our granchild. Sending letters takes too long, we are in Austria now, looking after our daughter and grand daughter. So email would be quicker.

So, if anyone knows the e-mail addresses of top people at MBNA and Bank of America I would be most grateful.

As Restons have now refused, it would be the courts on an N244 that you need to deal with. :(

Latest update.

Having written to my MP and getting the email addresses of top Bank of America officals. They have agreed to a two month adjournment. To be on the save side I also wrote to the Court. This was the courts reply. "An application on notice to the claimant should be made" Can someone please translate legal speak for me please. Does it mean they will ask Restons to agree to the adjournment?

Many thanks

No far from it.It means you have to make application, on notice to the claimant to seek adjournment at your cost.Unless you can convince their sols to make it, using your

" They have agreed to a two month adjournment " document ,email, text or verbal agreement.
