Wonder if anyone with more knowledge can shed some light on this.

When Lloyds and TSB merged, credit card account numbers changed.

On CCAing Lloyds on the new account number, they have only given details dating back to when they merged, rather than relating right back to when the TSB card was taken out.

Should the CCA request have gone all the way back to when the account was opened, as obviously nothing was signed when the merger took place, therefore a copy of the original signed agreement could NEVER be produced from this account.

Should they have given details all the way back to opening the TSB account?

Lloyds need only provide a true copy of the said agreement that is in force at the time. Please check and recheck my advice before acting upon it I am not a lawyer.
