There is a blog on the sky news website which claims that the BBA has held talks with members about making moves against the FSA in respect of PPI

If this is to be believed then the banks could seek to make a legal move against the FSA which could see all Pending PPI Complaints put on hold (think OFT Test case in bank charges).

What are your thoughts?

(I would post a link but my permissions do not allow this)

It's in blogs on sky news website (Mark Kleinman)
