Currys Customer Service - OR A TOTAL LACK OF IT!

On Sunday last i ordered a Laptop from Currys online/and over the phone. I was promised an email on the same day confirming that the item was available for immediate delivery and would be with me on the next day - Monday, to be confirmed by an email giving a tracking number!

The next day, having not received the email I chased.............................

Over 2 hours later chasing Currys contact numbers i again gave up after being promised the same 'Famous email'

I am now at Wednesday after chasing twice more still with no notification!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Less than useless Customer Service comes to mind, as their current delivery information 'may be either 3 days time or next Monday'

I WILL 'NEVER' AND I MEAN NEVER! BUY FROM CURRYS EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

 

And I strongly suggest that everyone else who considers this option follows my lead>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

 

Unless they improve DRAMATIICALLY then vote with our business - DONT GIVE IT THEM!
