I am posting this for some advice for a friend - she currently has the following items with Brighthouse:

x2 laptops

x1 DSi

x1 Washing machine

x1 mobile phone

x2 single mattress's

x1 set of bunk beds

The story behind all this is her daughter her sold the DSi and Laptop to cash converters - so she is unable to take this item back to brighthouse

She doesnt work and is claiming JSA her daughters money has just stopped so JSA is the only income into the house now - she has a 16 year old duagher a 17+20 year old son both of their girl friends and the eldest sons baby living at home

The brighthouse payments were made out of child benefit and tax credit but this has ended therefore she can no longer make the payments

The mobile is the 17 year olds he has asked if he pays the £10,50 a week to brighthouse will they be able to take it just from this aggrement so that the mobile cant be taken back

She is already 2 weeks behind with payments - also where does she stand with the items that have been sold?

I thank you for any advice that you can give in advance
