grounds to cancel orange pay monthly contract?

hello, i need help. on three occasions orange have added a sky sports and news bundle onto my phone bill without informing me of the change or me agreeing to it. on the third occasion i was charged £5.11 for the service. orange agreed to credit my next bill with £6.00 but i have been told i cannot talk to the disconnections department on those grounds.

 

do i have a leg to stand on??

None. Providing they refund you for the services they are in the clkear. Your service contract and rights are explained in the contract itself. You can ask them to terminate as you've lost confidence in their ability to charge you fairly, but it will be up to them to agree to this. It might be useful to demand that IF they do this again, you will be seeking full termination of the contract, and to add this to the notes on your account. This may help you later.
