Hey maybe someone here can help me?

My mother in law opted for a "Dolphin" package on pay as u go which is meant to include free texts but Orange keep charging her from her call credit and she is constantly running out of credit as a result. Being a pensioner she only just manages to afford the £10 a month which she is required to top up to qualify for said texts.

She has contacted customer services-which is also costing her 25p a go and they keep saying they'll sort it but have not as yet and this has gone on for weeks!

One guy promised her he'd either sort it or call back but did neither!

He also gave her 15 free texts Yipeee! She is supposed to get 300!

She should get her free texts and should also get her credit back for all the texts that she has been charged for.

Orange are not providing the service for which she subscribed!!!

Please advise-she is pulling her hair out-and as I said its the mother inlaw-dont make her angry.....you wouldn't like her when she's angry!!!:mad2:

Thanks
