Sorry to post on here...but I can't find the template letter you send when the mortgage company is refusing to pay back Monthly Arrears Mangement Fees (MAMF) and returned DD fees.

Apparently in the letter I have just received from 'Kensington we've already been fined Mortgages'... £50 a month arrears fee is a totally acceptable amount that reflects the true cost.

Please help I want to get the letter of today, these bully boys are making my situation £50 a month worse.

We live in an unmoderated country why should the net be any different?

Bring back free speech we miss it!

Had a quick shufty through and it appears that a template for these circumstances was supplied by 'zootscoot' a member of CAG so perhaps you might find it that way? Good Luck

The only person entitled to your Personal Finance details is a Judge not a DCA

Move all banking activity to another banking group if you have a dispute - your funds can be used to offset debts within the same group.

Be careful with Banking details (card/account numbers) as these can be used to take unauthorised payments.
