I passed my credit card debts to Payplan. They were all accepted apart from MBNA who declined. I then sent them a CCA request. Hillesden replied saying that they were awaiting the paperwork from MBNA. A copy of the agreement eventually arrived as 5 pages of a 6 page document with the card number scribbled on the top, obviously the first page was the one for the signature. On 22nd July I replied pointing out their failure to send a true signed copy. They replied with a letter saying that I failed to respond to their previous letter and to call them in order to discuss my payment options. Is there a template letter to send in reply,

or should ijust let them take me to court ?

open a new msg box here

hit go advanced below the msg box

hit manage attachments below that box

browse to your pdf file and upload it

hit close this windows at the bottom below upload it box

it is typical for mbna to do this and not accept payplan advise/payment

do some reading of some other threads here.

then that is a load of rollocks they've sent

as it states charges are £12

they only came in about 2007 so's i'd say those T&C are new not for your time of getting the card.

also i see no credit agreement where you have signed and they have signed. and that would tell you the date you got the card too.

typical MBNA play by their own rules

so's what is your problem, your being haasled by a DCA but what for>??

I racked up my credit cards helping a friend out with his business, and got dumped on from a great height. I was earning well and paid them for a couple of years but after spinal surgery had to stop work. all the companies accepted a debt plan frm Payplan apart from MBNA. What do you suggest as my next step?

No PPI, but may have had one or two charges over the years but not many
