Can anyone or does anyone know where an actual copy of The Removal and Disposal of Vehicles (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2007 can be found?

I have looked on ops.gov.uk, legislation.gov.uk, statutelaw.gov.uk to no avail.

I can find amendments coming out of my ears but not the actual statute referenced above and I find this quite disconcerting considering this is the law that local authorities and other legislation constantly refers to when motorist's vehicles are removed/towed.

If anyone can help, it would be appreciated.

Thank you Lamma.

I already have that link but haven't you noticed that it is an amendment of the act and not the actual statutory instrument, the full act?

That is what you asked for?? If you wanted the original act you should have asked for....The Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986

He did say so - he said he had the amendments but not the actual statute - fairly obvious (I think) he meant the original act.

I think you'll find the two deleted posts were the one from you alleging I was disabled and my robust reply!

Please do all of CAG a favour and drop any personal off topic responses to me. Disagreeing about my opinion on any post - fine. Attacking me gratuitously off topic - not fine. If you comply then I in turn promise not to call you rude again.

I think I (and others) have made our point regarding your manners but it is not for us to decide what CAG allows to be posted. I shall continue to use the scales and triangle as I feel appropriate and trust in CAG to maintain the quality and integrity of its site.

I'm not being funny BD, but I think you were the one that made a point of resurrecting old threads to highlight instances where you believe G&M to have been abrasive. I would call that "Attacking gratuitously off topic" - something you accuse G&M of doing to you!

The members who were at the receiving end of what you consider to be "aggressive" behaviour would have had the opportunity to report any postings. It is not necessary for other members to go along trying to resurrect threads and expose rudeness that happened months/ years ago. Honestly - its like watching a forum based episode of Waking the Dead!

It is obvious that G&M is not going to be on your Christmas card list. While this news may come as a blow to Green and Mean, I think it is high time that you stop constantly 'picking' on him and learn to just ignore him if he annoys you so much.

Personally, I like his direct approach - but that's just me :)

I simply highlighted what I believed to be totally inappropriate and offensive behaviour - with which several other caggers have since concurred. If I were a brand new cagger I may not have done as you suggest as I would not have known what was the norm - but would simply have voted with my feet and gone to pepipoo or wherever.

If this behaviour does seems to fit with other CAGGER's standards of appropriate behaviour then I stand corrected. I shall simply use the scales and triangle from now on as I see fit - once I no longer need to respond to any other posts regarding this. I would appreciate this matter dropping from this thread now - but shall continue to respond if required.
