Primus wont provide mac code

Can any body advise please i have had a broadband account with primus and have requested the mac code to switch providers,i have phoned and e-mailed my request but due to the fact my account is suspended that they cannot agree to my request can they do this advice please

Am I correct in assuming that your account has been suspended because you owe Primus some money? If this is correct then it is perfectly in order for them to with hold a MAC code until your account has been cleared.

Sorry, but ofcom rules state that they must supply a MAC. See this thread if you want more clarification
