I added my son with a seperate phone number to my account, net result absoloutely gigantic bill I could not afford to pay. I keep asking for a breakdown of the bill but the account keeps being passed from one debt collector to another. What are my options?

Ok can you answer a few questions;

 

1.How long does this go back (when was the last bill issued ) ?

 

2.What plan/account is it ?

 

3.What attempts have you made to get a breakdown of the bill -who did you speak to and when ?

 

4,Whats the name of the debt collector (s) ?

 

5.How have you responded to the debt collectors ?

 

Can you please look at the stickied info in this forum for contacting the VF webteam ?
