hi, i am back again! have searched the site for an answer but cannot fine one so am posting !

i owe the halifax a lot of money . back in march i asked them for my original terms and conditions they said they could not find them and also in the letter told me they would not discuss the matter again ' considered it now closed'. anyway, have received a letter this week from 'themselves' which says 'further to my letter dated the 12th of march asking form terms they have now 'found my original signed application form' and sent it last week!. they stated this satifies their obligation to send me a copy of the excecuted agreement.

the form is signed but next to it where it says 'date of signature' that part is blank. it has been stamped by them at the bottom of the letter dated ' 2005' is this 'unenforcable' as no date is by sig?

many thanks:)

even if your CCA was un-en that doesn't wipe the debt out.

all it means is they cannot enforce in court.

if there is other information relating to the date, i wouldn't think 'your' date is that important

scan your sheets/agreements

remove all pers info inc barcodes etc but leave all figures and dates.

goto one one of the many free online pdf converter websites

convert the image to pdf format.

open a new msg box here

hit go advanced below the msg box

hit manage attachments below that box

browse to your pdf file and upload it

hit close this windows at the bottom below upload it box

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

There is a right to cancel section on the form but could not fit in the scale of the scanner. also there is a date stamped on the form by halifax. but i did not date the application when i signed it.

hope you can advise .

many thanks
