Hi guys I am new here and wondered if you could give me some ideas on the best way to deal with this parking ticket, I have made no contact with Edinburgh Council at all and have just received this in the post today, not sure what template letter I should use etc, any help is appreciated thanks :) I know however that the parking warden sniped the car before issuing the ticket, 1m 58secs it took him to issue it and get the photo as he was watched doing so :(

Pics attached ;)

sorry but what are you disputing?

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

The person appearing to be Owner (i.e. the RK) is liable unless the contrary can be proved. (that you are not the owner)

with a few caveats that still make you responsible if its hire/lease car.

who was driving isn't relevant to who has to pay it (or fight it)
