Hello, just a quick one....

My Allocation questionnaire relating to http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?250651-Court-Papers-arrived-DebtControl-V-Cabot-MSDW is due to be submitted to the court by 19th August.

Does this mean it has to be there tomorrow (18th) or can I take it down there actually on the 19th?

I'm planning to hand it in by person so got to decide whether to hand it in tomorrow or on the 19th?

Thanks.

Hand it in on the 19th if by hand.Have you received a copy of the Claimants AQ and do you intend to file a copy of yours to them?

Regards

Andy

Hello,

I haven't received a copy of theirs, no.

I sent them a copy of my draft order for direction as per precious advice given.

Have now managed to get a couple of hours free today at lunchtime so handing it in today.

Thanks for your reply, really appreciate it.

Cabot/Morgans haven't handed anything in yet, I guess they will by tomorrow?

Thanks.

So whats my next move, do I need to wait endlessly on them perhaps submitting something, or can I try and action anything?

Thanks.

The DJ (may) as outlined in the guidelines strike out the claimants case for late/none submission. He (may) give another order" unless" allowing them further time.Depends how much fuss you make or kick up, you can only keep checking with the Court to see if they have submitted.
