I have wrote to Rossendales requesting screenshots showing the following information:

the time and date of any Bailiff action that inccured a Fee

the reason for the Fee

the names of the Bailiff that attended on each occasion a Fee was charged

the name of the court the Bailiff was/were certified at

the date of the certification

The only information they have sent back is the statements which I have had already. They state in their letter 'we are not under any obligation to provide you with computer screenshots. If you would like such please note that this would be treated as a Subject Access Request and we require a payment of £10 to process such'.

Has anyone got an idea what legislation I can use to get the info.

Thanks.

If there are spelling mistakes on my posts, I blame the gremlins tapping my keys.

This is where the arguments start, ask them to clarify why they need to charge for information which they are obliged to provide. It is a steady progression of letters back and forth.
