We currently live in a four story Masonette, the man who lives below us is elderley and although he is able he is very untidy and a alchoholic. For the past four years we have been having a problem with mice, we keep our property clean and tidy but still have issues with mice.

We have recently had a baby and the mice have started to chew his bedding clothes and now his high chair, and every year we get fleas even though we do not have pets. One mouse that we have started to see is even confident enough to come out while we are watching television.

Whenever we report this to the housing office they send a pest controller which works occasionally but this year nothing is working.

What can we do about this, this is causing my partner enourmous stress.
