Is OCC TELECOMS related to OFCOM

Someone has passed my email to the above company who say they are ofcom. Bear in mind I have been in touch by phone and sent no such email, they refered to me as MS. and part of my email was turned into a surname adn they were veryquick to say they did not know who was at fault yet, but would search openreach with my permission. The reference number was different but I gave permission anyhow thinking they will tie the two together anyhow.

 

Thing is the people I emailed were given my full name and phone number this one is asking for phone number, so I can only assume passed onto them.

 

Funny thing is they said I sent the email saturday, I sent one saturday okay, to sky saying I was going to ofcom. hhhmmm

 

Anyone confirm who they are?

Ofcom contact I have had has always been verbal.

Right, it does say @ofcom.org.uk but because I wasnt expecting it I was a little suspicious.

 

They seem to know about me yet not inked to verbal complain reference, so what has peep who relayed me said, cant wait to hear. I know my email to sky just went along line of you have same infor as tesco so you must know what ofcom will find out. Going to ofcom monday, sort of thing.
