Hello,

Have done a search on Nelson Guest and Wescot but not had much luck.

Brief summary of background: Lloyds CC (amount well below £5K), reconstructed CCA with prescribed term (APR) missing, account put in dispute October 2009, invalid DN sent in April, Wescot chased in April/May, got a nice 'bemused' template, now NG chasing on behalf of Wescot, threatening legal action.

Another 'bemused' template letter, or is there anything better/more appropriate?

Thanks in advance for any input.

Move all banking activity to another banking group if you have a dispute - your funds can be used to offset debts within the same group.

Be careful with Banking details (card/account numbers) as these can be used to take unauthorised payments.

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!
