Only evidence I can rely on are my photos. That sign I did not see is still angled the wrong way and you might as well look at a razor blade. A LWB van can easily hide other signs as in my case. I did not get a chance to mention the road works going on in the POPLA hearing as I couldn't add any more photos to their website but this will be mentioned in my Court defence as it contributed hugely to me not seeing the sign at the front entrance. I will type out my witness statement exactly how it happened, anyone would have done the same as me and not seen the signs on that particular day. Thanks again for all your contributions.

You're under no obligation to reply, Andy, sorry. I do appreciate your help, though. The cost of the applications isn't as important as me not having bailiffs turning up at my door, also I get help with fees so didn't have to pay for the N245. The information on that page does seem to suggest that sending both would be a belt and braces approach so I will go with that and let you know how I get on - you may be bored with it but it may help someone else. Thanks. -
you dont ever need the insurance what do they do put a sticker on the parcel thats says dont lose this..its a con just like any warranty on any product you have to pay for. does not remove nor replace your consumer rights.

I'm already in the process of the prerequisite reading. I guess my situation feels slightly unique in that I would have happily paid for the insurance had I been offered it. But I'm glad to hear there is a course of action. https://inpost.co.uk doesn't make it clear whether or not they are a broker. However, as far as I understand it now, they own and operate the lockers and use third parties for delivery. The agent I spoke to on the phone said it was CitySprint that collected the parcel from the locker. However, this information isn't available on the tracking information nor did I have any choice in the matter. As far as I was aware when placing the order... it was with InPost UK and no other third parties were mentioned. So I'm not sure who to direct my complaint towards.
