just looked on money claim and this is what it says.

 

 

You are unable to take any further action online on this claim.

 

The Defendant disputes the whole amount you have claimed. Your claim cannot proceed online and will be transferred to the appropriate court for continuation. You will receive confirmation to where the claim has been transferred to shortly.

Yeah, expect a letter tomorrow, from Cap One usual story, we do not accept that the fees are blah blah blah....but we'll give you all the money you've claimed out of the goodness of our heart:D . That is their defence, they've paid you. You'll also get a letter from the court saying the same thing. Nice one,another victory:)

Right,now looked at my MCOL and i think i have basically seriously messed up.someone please correct me if i am wrong.in the particulars of claim i have put in amount of charges and the intrest at 8% however in the total amout in a different section i have only put in there,(wait for it) the amount of charges plus the court fee.

now,have i just lost myself about 300 pounds in intrest,if so please someone can you kick me.:-x

Jamie - try giving capital one a ring and pleading ignorance. It does state it on the claim form - remind them that if the interest isn't paid you will proceed to court - you have put in the particulars of claim about the interest after all - haven't you. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong but its worth a try. Jackie

I would ring the number which came on the letter of settlement. This will probably take you straight to the person (s) who are settling the claims. Good Luck. Jackie

have been forgeting to call them as i have had alot of work issues recently ,christmas busy period and all that,however i recieved the cheque yesterday so have banked it today,GREAT:D

think i will just settle with that.

Just read this with interest, as my claim changed to this today! Well done on getting your charges back, hopefully I'll get a nice letter tomorrow :)

Well done Max on your claim against CAP One - did you go after them for the interest.

I hope that I am now close behind you, as I received a not from the Court today saying that CAP ONE are defending.... yeh right.....I think I should get paid out very soon.
