I quite like the look, and I know from personal experience what a nightmare ugrading can be, so I do feel for Webby.

Many of the probs are cosmetic, like the left side panel misalignment.

Just had a quick look..doesn't it just need a

between the two paragraphs to move the rep points down?

 

I think a full forum index in the top navigation bar would make things a lot easier, and having a folder full of links to important reference threads that now don't work is really a waste of all that research for myself and others ..hopefully that's a priority to fix.

 

Not a moan..i know it takes time...just trying to be constructive

Re:chrome. The new software doesn't perform well on it. I'm using Android at the moment and it looks similar to bookies ss. (probably because both are made by Google)

Anyone know how to find old threads now? Normally I would click on "Statistics" and "Find all threads started by..". I desperately need to read through an old thread of mine but when I click on the link in the post, it says "Server not found and Error 404"

 

If I click on your user name on your post I go to your profile and can then access all 24 pages of your posts!

Advanced search --find all posts by alfwithair gives me 7 pages of your posts but going to your profile only finds me the 7 posts you've made on this thread??

The removal of the Edit Button is by far the worst move.

 

The rest is just window dressing.

I used the "new posts" link in the CAG toolbar to get me to new posts when I opened CAG that still seems to work apart from a bit of script waffle at the top of the page - don't know if the other links work, I haven't tried them yet, as I probably won't be able to find my way back here if they don't . (embarressed smiley).

 

Had a bit of a nerve racking few seconds when the screen image started jumping aound wildly - but that turned out to be the cat's tail on the keyboard - so I've sorted that out myself -

That post deserves a scale tickle (I cant at the moment, I'll remember to do it later, I promise!). Some pretty techie people on this thread and not one of us remembered that button is on the toolbar!

Well I just looked there can't see no find all posts by afwithhair, if I search by my name it finds 1 one

I found the edit button - It is only available if yours is the last post and that is the one you wish to edit, but be quick coz you have only 5 mins

That 5 mins really flies doesn't it I still have the option on my last post so I think the time limit is the only factor.

V.Bulletin 4 is a lot more secure than V.Bulletin 3.7 which was what CAG was running before.

Which colours are you referring to? The yellow notices at the top seem the only bright ones to me. If anything, the general opinion seems to be that the colours are a bit too dull
