Hi all,

This is my first ever post so please bear with me.

I have searched the numerous threads on this and i am a little unsure.

After months of requesting my credit agreement from moorcroft debt collection (the horrid company that they are!) they gave me a natwest address to request my agreement from. Did so on the 7th july and recieved this letter back - http://i33.tinypic.com/n4fu3l.jpg

Along with:

the application form (all completed just removed my info) - http://i37.tinypic.com/2i8hvf6.jpg

http://i35.tinypic.com/655ohk.jpg

a letter they apparently sent with my card (though no usual natwest letter head??) - http://i38.tinypic.com/viec77.jpg

with T&C's stapled to it - http://i36.tinypic.com/53v1vp.jpg

and a leaflet of their recent t&c's - http://i35.tinypic.com/eam7nn.jpg

Is all this correct? I origionally thought that their signature being missing was a problem but Im confused by all the info on here and would really appreciate opinions.

And if it is not enforceable any advise on a response/template letter would greatly be appreciated.

Thank you in anticipation...
