From over 18 requests for help only3 appear to have been sorted.

To be fair - Orange Mobile and Orange BB are two seperate division, so I doubt one agent could handle both tyoes of query.

We have at least 3 Orange officials registered-including their press office,so I dont buy that as an excuse Raymond.

No you wouldn;t, but I would. PRess Office is only their to keep an eye on their profile - they'll not deal with customer matters. As for the remainder, are they Mobile or Telecoms? Which brings me back to the riginal point. Someone on the mobile side cannot deal with BB and vice versa.

Well I said my bit.

Up to them really.I have nothing against Orange and would like nothing more to report something good.

As regards them only having 3 people in their team-its simply no excuse because they are aware of the posts here.

We have even seen the Vodafone team manager here to leave a message in the absence of his team being otherwise busy-this is the difference between trying and apathy.

I thought my thread might jog Orange into moving a bit - but I didnt see it.

We live in hope.
