it took erudio years to register the defaults as with most already SB's SLC loan claimform threads or backdoor CCJ threads already here  

My renewal was coming up for June... I had an email 1 week or so ago saying something like "at this time we can't renew your policy" of which I of course emailed back to ask why as nothing had changed and there had been no claims... which there has not... I then noticed on the email that it said 0 NO CLAIMS.  I have proof from the person saying he is not making a claim and that he agreed there was minimal damage if any at all...    This is absolutely wrong! Seriously how can they even attempt this?!    

The online system dispenses with the form - when you click to proceed it takes you through all the questions. Thanks for your help. I will keep you updated.

Welcome to CAG, and your first post here.   I can feel how frustrating this must be, it would drive me nuts too. I've no personal experience of this, it's not something I remember seeing on here before.   Hopefully somone here with some experience of this will be able to offer some suggestions.  

So perfect.   Try to phone the court today before it closes.  COVID.  Illness.  Hospitalisation.  Vulnerability.  Etc.   You can follow up with e-mails tomorrow and Monday.  Recently someone living abroad took this route and got a video call hearing.   Worst comes to the worst you send in your evidence on Tuesday with a covering letter as Andyorch explained.
