Wonder if anyone can help,my niece paid 400 pounds for a pram from an online store,peekaboo,she got it september 2009,her sprog arrived october 2009.

After a couple of months use with her new pram the main chassis cracked on both sides,she contacted the retailer in march he told her the warranty was over.

She has emailed him several times regards the pram,his attitude is to package it up and send back at her expense and they will sort it,she dosent have much money and is wary of paying to send something back which is obviously defective as she thinks the retailer will just say its her fault and she will have to pay for another pram.

Does anyone know the legalities of this?,can she get them to pick the pram up,is their anything she can do?
