A letter today in the post states that in view of the fact you are a valued customer I have decided to pay you an amount which will put you back in the position you would have been in had you not taken the insurance.

Just wondering if the amount will include the 8% and how will that effect any current claim by any company that as since claimed that they owe the debt ?

Allocation questionaire thread..

Letter also states the complaint has been refered to redress team who will complete the relevant calculation and make the appropriate payment within the next 14 days..

Situation feels better than it has been for some time, and I guess the wait goes on for the calculation..

Given the fact the insurance added to getting into debt in the first case and receivng a county court claim as a result, the next request could be to withrawn all legal issues and start again..
