Hi all! Not sure if this is the place as i cant find how to post a new thread

Anyway..

I had an account with Lloyds tsb about 4 years ago until i split up with my x and went on with a new life. I had a loan and a account with them now i just revived a letter from westcot credit services ( i did call and ask for any statements) and they sent them thing is each month my overdraft went up and up now between jan 06 and dec 06 i made no payments to my account at the same time i had no letters from my bank advising me of an increase of o/d rates of interest nor default notices or any thing.( i did move as the place i was staying in was bashed down into flats) i did call Lloyds and advised them of my new address and heard nowt

i did not ask for and do not remember signing anything for an increased overdraft. Westcoct are asking for 437.94.

My question is what can i write to them asking for in relation to overdrafts? not the cca letter i want to win the fight. i want to ask them to prove default notices and interest charges as a print out of a statement of account in my mind shows nothing or does it any help will be great..

Thanks in advance

Is the overdraft mainly made up of charges etc. As you rightly say they (overdrafts) do not come under several parts of CCA but they are, nevertheless governed to a certain extent. What is the base amount you calculate you owe taking away all charges.

Every journey begins with a single step :):)

Move all banking activity to another banking group if you have a dispute - your funds can be used to offset debts within the same group.

Be careful with Banking details (card/account numbers) as these can be used to take unauthorised payments.

thanks for replying including unpaid dd charges its 332.95. there are also account charges that are 35.00 in total, should they of sent me how much the interest is on the overdraft and can they extend it each month with out notifying me? what parts of the cca do they come under, and should i wrote to westcott or ignore them? if this goes to court what will they need as evidence to show that the od debt is mine and forcable?

thanks.
