I'm due to have some charges taken out of my account on 4th April. For a returned direct debit of £17.99 which would have put me a fiver over my overdraft limit.

Obviously I would like this refunding, seperate from my claim for past charges, but how should I play this on the phone. Or better still does anyone have an idea as to what I could write to them?

Just keep on making your claim and then add any new charges to the total in each letter and finally to the claim
