She did taste it so as not to offend him, but she spat it back out then left.

If a squirrel could not read, then they could not read a CCA request.

If they could not read a CCA request they'd work for a DCA

DCA's employ monkeys, not squirrels! Everybody knows that!

But monkeys can't seem to read CCA requests either. That's why they never comply to them and send you the requested info.

Ergo by that logic squirrels defiantly can read. If a DCA employed squirrels (that can read) they'd not have an excuse for not complying with a CCA request. Therefore they only employ monkeys (that can't read) the CCA requests can still get ignored and the bosses have "plausible deny-ability"
