Hi

Woder if anyone can give any advice?

basically had a Cap1 card and got into problems so managed to have a £5pm repayment arrangement in place for ages which kept upto date.

Cap1 issued default in 2008 (date shown 28 days from this letter).Sent a SAR to cap1 in 2009 and got statements etc with copy of short platinum application certificate together with current t&c's. Disputed not valid cca but cap1 gave me runaround so much I gave up . Last communication with cap 1 nov 2009. Still paying £5pm to cap1.

Now letter from capquest saying they cap1 referred to them to manage the account and contact the etc.

Should my next move be to either tell them I am in arrangement with cap1 thank you, or send them a cca request? Should I still be paying cap1?

I discussed this on here ages ago when cap1 insisted on me filling in a financial statement (I never did).

Thanks for any advice anyone can give.
