I have just spent four weeks of the most intense frustration dealing with BT and would be very interested to hear about the bad experiences of others in their dealings with this most incompetent organisation with a view to building a substantial dossier. Would welcome details

All your woes sorted now artdesigner? If you need anything answering about where you stand on things I'm sure you'll get some good responses here.


I'd also suggest that a good read on how to complain effectively. Their code of practice. Ask them for a copy or google it (it's available online).

(I know the new regs are a little way off, and don't go far enough, but it's a step in the right direction.)
