but, is that re a cca request only. and therefore, is n/a re a cpr request, and also the CCA requirements for enforcement?

The only significance of the 19th May 1985 is that the CCA1974 was fully introduced, at its full effect. So if your agreement was signed pre May 1985 they are implying that it falls out of the protection of the CCA.Which is utter nonsense.Retrospect fully speaking.

In reality or other words its too old and we dont have it but in light of the recent cases heres a brand spanking new one of what it would have looked like.,but its still not the original and cant be reconstructed.
