HP agreements and underwriting sheets!

I hvae recently sent of a request to BCT to provide be with their underwriting sheet, that i believe they hold.

 

Can someone please shed a bit of light on this situation for me??

 

If there has been an element of underwriting i.e paying installments to the dealer or the agent etc - what exactly does this mean, as in, what are my rights and what am I entitled too??

trying to get the underwriting sheets is like getting the holy grail

 

you may need to submitt a cpr 31.16 request for disclosure

 

is commission payments have been made on the sale of the vehicle to a dealer, or commission on insurance extras, and these payments have not been disclosed to you,

 

it will invalidate the agreement

Good afternoon all....Sorry for taking a while to post, been very busy.

 

Ok, I finally got round to sending the request to British Credit Trust regarding the underwriting agreement...as this is being handled by the solicitors, I in the end got a response from them.

 

It goes like this;

Dear Sir

 

British Credit Trust Limited

 

We refer to your letter of the 12th August 2010 to our client direct, copy attached. In the first instance please note that because of the ongoing litigation against you all correspondence should be addressed to us rather than the client.

 

The request you make is ill founded. The matters to which you refer are entirely a matter for our client. Accordingly, your request is refused.

 

We trust that this clarifies our client's position.

 

Your faithfully.

 

Blahblha solicitors.

Sorry for the late reply, been away for work again - working on the rigs atm!!!! My court eharing is on Tuesday 5th October, so next week.

 

Havent got a copy of the letter to hand - however, it was one I used of here - of which in the second paragraph it refers to cpr 31.16.

 

I really need to be as prepared as possible for next week - so any help and advice would be great. I also yesterday received the response to my defence, along with the astronomical bill the solicitors are trying to charge for their so-called work.

Quick update everyone - the trial didn't go ahead and has been put back to the 3rd Nov. Not sure why tbh.

 

So if anyone who is savvy with regards HP agreement etc wouldn't mind commenting on my thread below with reagrds to the agreement itself - I would be very grateful.
