Distance selling regulations (DSR) - When does the 7 days begin/end?

If I received an item on Monday, when is the latest I can send a request for a refund under DSR?

From what I've read it's 7 working days starting from the day after delivery, so that means I have 'till the end of Wednesday? The UK's Distance Selling Regulations | OUT-LAW.COM by Pinsent Masons LLP

holidays) after the day on which they receive the goods

Is that how you guys understand it?

The time starts the day after you receive if and must be rejected by the end of the 7th working day.

So if you receive it on Monday it must be rejected by Wednesday the following week.
