Santander have taken over my Cahoot loan should I not have been told that this was happening or signed a new agreement with Santander.

Santander just say that they have taken it over, should I ask them to supply the original agreement has anyone had dealings with this

Thanks

Hi,

this is standard practice

I had the same letter and as Santander have bought out Cahoot etc they are entitled to take on the rights to the agreement without you having to re sign

If however they are chasing arrears it IS worth sending them a CCA request
