Can anyone help please


Im helping a friend claim back credit card charges and ppi from Lloyds tsb , he sent the SAR request about two months ago registered mail ofcourse and has not had any reply to date .


I have been through the forums and all i could find is a suggestion to write to the CEO of Lloyds and enlighten him as to the situation and ask him if he could look into the matter .


If there is a template letter availiable or if anyone could point me to a similiar thread i would be most grateful

I suggest you write to Lloyds again with a letter before action. There is a template in the stickys at the top of the forum page under " full sar"
