Hi guys this is my first posyt and im hoping someone can help me,

I had a loan and an overdraft facility with RBS and owed a sum of approx £4000.

In 2008 i lost my job and was struggling with all my debts and i defaulted on my loan. RBS then passed my debt over to westcot and in 2009 i agreed to pay them £100 a month. I have checked my credit file and RBS are still issuing a default against my name everymonth and have done for the last year, Even though i came to an agreement to pay back the debt.

Also if they default me every month until the debt is paid will my credit file then wait 6 years from the final month therefore defaults would be shown for 8 years?

cheers guys

once paid everything will fall off after 6yrs from the settled date.

how about charges reclaim or mis-sold PPI?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
