invalid default notice from vigin media

attach is a full (invalid) default notice from vigin media.

 

it says "taken within 14days"

 

i know its invalid, but the account holded was to be told by others too. please confirm that it is

Unfortunatly telecom contracts are not governed by the rules of the CCA. There is absolutly no need to even inform a customer that they are marking a default on their credit file.


If in doubt, contact a qualified insured legal professional (or my wife... she knows EVERYTHING)

It's not invalid in the sense you mean - they are stating that the account is in default, and whilst they do refer to the CCA, this is erroneous (but not invalid). It might be worthwhile checking your credit file to see if they've actually shown the default there.
