Hi guys

If you've got an Annual Policy that covers you for a max 31 days,

and you want to go for 47 days, what the best thing to do?

Get a Single Trip Policy for 16 days or another Annual Policy from the 32nd day?

Thanks in advance guys.

Hi there. Have you spoken to your current insurers about it to see if they can suggest anything?

If for my folks, it gets tough when you get past 70, although on the surface that give a quote, you look at the policy doc, then find a restriction limiting any trip to 31 days. They should be upfront. Then theres Pre-Medical Conditions. I'll try some telephone quotes monday.

Thanks Guys.

My nana (79) has hers with the AA and she recently spent over a month abroad - may be worth giving them a call

I had the same issue a year or two ago. I called my insurer and they agreed to add cover for the period which was longer than 31 days for no extra charge.
