Hi,

Can anyone or does anyone know how I could remove a Default from my Credit Report. It's from HSBC. I had an overdraft with them and went slightly over so had lots of charges around £300. I gave them enough to put the account back under the overdraft limit £198 of a £200 Limit. My Credit Report shows the account coming down then it gets to £198 and shows as Defaulted for the last 2 months. I did receive some letters from them when I was over the overdraft limit but when I spoke to an Adviser said if i put the account back under the limit "it would be ok!". I have cleared the debt as of last week.

I'm trying to get funds to open a children's nursery in a time when the banks are not lending, finally get the application approved to find the bank manager telling me there's a default on your credit report come back in six months with a clean report.

Please Help!

thank You

sadly the only way would be to plead with their better nature.

is this the only time you've been a bad girl?

if so, i'm sure if you explained things you might get lucky.

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
