Just going over a couple of loan agreements i have with Provident as i am looking to pay off and get rid.

Few things that have caught my eye are how can an agent be also the witness of the agreement and i have a late payment marker on my file as i missed a few weeks payment a while back due to a busy month.

The agreement states that once signed you are bound by the terms and conditions. Fair enough but no where in the T&C's does it state we will share your account information with CRA's neither does it state this anywhere on the agreement.

As they have not informed me they will do this are i have signed saying i agree to them doing so then how can they? Wasnt even aware they reported to the CRA's.

Not a major issue more the principle of the matter.
